1 Eligibility and Registration

To open a bb4bet account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on bb4bet or any connected platform.

bb4bet reserves the right to refuse any application for registration without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

bb4bet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. KYC verification may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation in the event of high-value transactions.

bb4bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is completed to its satisfaction. KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the bb4bet Privacy Policy.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
• Deposits are credited to your bb4bet account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours, 9 AM to 10 PM.
• bb4bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to an active, verified bb4bet account will be returned via the original payment method. bb4bet is not liable for transfer fees incurred during the return process.
• bb4bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially fraudulent.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bb4bet are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, and expiry periods. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible player per household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• bb4bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be exploiting promotional terms through collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other method not in the spirit of the promotion will have their bonus and associated winnings voided.
• Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific promotions. Eligibility is confirmed on each promotion's individual terms page.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules govern all wagering activity on bb4bet:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bb4bet does not accept requests to void, reverse, or modify a confirmed bet except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of bb4bet.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrectly described events, or system malfunctions — bb4bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with bb4bet's official settlement rules for each sport. Results are based on official sources. In the event of a dispute between unofficial sources and the official result, the official result governs.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for each game is published by the respective game provider and is available within the game information panel.
• bb4bet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are deemed to be contrary to the fair and sustainable operation of the platform.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

bb4bet may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious financial behaviour.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical advantage not available to all players.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against bb4bet without first contacting support.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bb4bet reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balance after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on bb4bet — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bb4bet or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of bb4bet.

8 Privacy and Data Processing

bb4bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bb4bet Privacy Policy. bb4bet uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve platform services. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb4bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bb4bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bb4bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance windows, or third-party service disruptions.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to bb4bet's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. bb4bet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

11 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the bb4bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bb4bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
